      There is actually no scientifically proven best time to consume ACV, but it is best consumed twice a day and before meals.
      I think you would have to plan yourself for this and determine what time of the day would be best for u to consume it.
      Just make sure to have it like 30 minutes before any meal.

      Nice to hear from you. I must say I have not really tried or seen anyone use green tea with this recipe instead of water. But there is no harm in trying since green tea in itself has a lot of values it can add.
